The Omnia Dayclub - A new crown jewel in the Bali restaurant and club scene

Bali and world news and views editor's comments :

Yesterday my family and I decided to explore a brand-new spectacular beach club on the far southern coast of Bali The Omnia Dayclub
.

According to Vogue magazine Australia "The cliffside Balinese day club soon to be all over your Instagram ."

Bali is already home to countless stunning villas and luxurious beachside resorts, but it is fast growing a reputation for its repertoire of perfectly situated beach clubs.

The latest dayclub to open in Bali has found an even more impressive home - perched atop the sprawling cliffs of Uluwatu."

As we were driving through Sanur, an hour away I looked outside and saw that it was cloudy and starting to rain. I joked with our host Mark Baker by facebook message that he should put on his sarong and get the Bali rain gods to clear the rain by the time we arrived.

He commented, "no rain here" which I found strange.

I joked that if there is no rain there and sunny by the time I get there I will coin the phrase the The Omnia Dayclub "the Sunniest Place in Bali".

"The Sunniest Place in Bali".

After a long but beautiful drive from our beachfront residence north of Sanur, which took us over one 1 hour and 15 minutes we arrived and had our driver drop us off at the front entrance.

From the moment we walked inside it was obvious that this was a very special place.

The views are spectacular as are many of the venues in Bali these days.

Thanks to a Facebook friend Mark Baker, a long time Bali celebrity, we were able to secure seating in the Japanese restaurant which is the only portion of the venue available for children, unfortunately.

I swear my wife gets more beautiful every day. I am a very fortunate guy.

At the end of our day I mentioned to my wife that Bali has certainly placed itself months the top islands in the world not only in beauty but in spectacular, unbelievable restaurants and clubs that are not found on any other resort Island in the world. I should know, I've been to most of them.

There's no question in my mind that the Omnia Day club, thanks to the efforts of Mark Baker and many others will be a super success and one of the finest clubs in the world.

Brought to you by the Hakkasan Group, Omnia Dayclub will play host to a number of international DJs, similar to its sister venue Omnia Nightclub in Las Vegas.

With jaw-dropping views overlooking the stunning Bukit Peninsula, Omnia Dayclub also features modern Japanese restaurant Sake no Hana, which has been modelled after its London flagship.

Omnia Dayclub Bali is currently open from 11am to 7pm daily. Sake no Hana is open for dining from 11am to 11pm. Official programming for the entertainment will begin in April, with a grand opening party set to come.
