Best Asia real estate editor’s comments: Bali’s Bull Market Confirmed
A little over a year ago I stuck my neck out and said that Bali’s real estate bear market, which we had been in since 2014, had ended and that prices would begin to increase for the first time in three years.
I even said that this is the, “second best time to buy this century” as some prices were down as much is 50% for the first time in modern history.
Friends, associate’s clients and competitors scoffed at my predictions and didn’t believe them.
During my 40 years of giving real estate predictions I have learned that’s one of the best indicators that I’m probably right is no body believes it.
Now it appears with the article below published this weekend in the Bali post that my predictions have come true and I have been vindicated again.
